We are looking for confident, charismatic and results driven Sourcers and Recruiters who has a strong track record of recruiting success. The role is a high volume, high touch position who will assess and close talent in Las Vegas, NV. We have discovered the person who does best in this role is customer focused and motivated by feedback to produce quality results! This person must also be tech savvy and have a strong desire to learn about the solar/green energy industry.

This is a full-time W2 or 1099 contract position. There is a strong possibility for conversion if you come in and prove yourself.

Responsibilities 

•Source by using internet tools, cold calling, social media to generate a consistent candidate pool 
•Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
•Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates 
•Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
•Negotiate offers
•Check references and conduct background checks 
•Provide excellent service to hiring managers and a great experience to candidates

Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting; agency experience highly preferred 
•BS/BA required 
•Prior experience hiring quota driven sales people a plus 
•Must have solid phone recruiting skills 
•Strong interest in organizing job fairs and/or group interviews 
•Highly organized, experienced managing a high volume requisition load 
•No fewer than 2 years’ experience working with internet tools, MS Excel and Word and Outlook, and various applicant tracking systems 
•Drive, tenacity, focus, and flexibility are keys to success 
•Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, integrity, and accuracy are required 
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 
•Excellent customer service skills required
•Ability to engage, excite and close candidates a must

He/she must be a talented, results-oriented individual. This job will be based at Palo Alto, San Francisco.

 Description:

As Development Lead you will be responsible for delivering high-quality releases of the product, owning challenges encountered throughout the development cycle and driving them to resolution.  You will guide the development team while working with QA, Product Management, and the product architect.  At the same time, you will have hands-on design and coding responsibilities. 

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in developing a Data Integration or ETL product 
  • Ten years of enterprise application development experience
  • Must be motivated and passionate, leading by example by contributing to the development of the software itself

FILLED | Senior Performance QA Engineer in Palo Alto


Our client is looking for an energetic Senior Performance QA Engineer to join our highly collaborative, experience engineering team.  You will have the opportunity to work closely with the development, data base, and IT teams to test and benchmark application performance and drive continuous improvement of the performance testing coverage. 

This position is full time and located in their HQ at Palo Alto, San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities:
·         Design and implement performance measurement process
·   Work closely with the development, database, and IT teams to test and benchmark application performance and  drive toward continuous improvement of the performance testing coverage
·         Determine test needs, identify, plan and document tasks for performance test plans
·         Evaluate and select performance test tools
·         Build performance test environment and infrastructure
·         Design load, stress and scalability testing to deliver comprehensive performance testing reports
·         Identify, create and maintain the performance test data required to drive workloads
·         Design, develop and execute performance tests in the early software development cycle to find any performance roadblocks

Skills and Requirements:
·         7+ years of QA experience
·         5+ years of performance and load test experience
·     Understanding of performance test methodology, the SDLC, test environment and test data management
·         Proven ability to work under pressure and the ability to summarize and communicate metrics
·  Capable to analyze the test results, determine bottleneck and dependencies and provide recommendations
·         Proven work experience and proficiency on:
    Performance testing, performance analysis, and developing application benchmarks
    Performance engineering and load testing
    One and more performance tools either open-source or commercial for web based cloud application
    Testing multi-tiered web applications
    QA methodology and process
·         Some experience with a SaaS or other recurring revenue/service business model is a plus
