Mandarin Speaking Registered Relationship Associate (Financial Services in San Francisco)

An exciting opportunity at one of the world’s leading financial institutions!  The Relationship Associate will support all phases of administrative functions and client services for a top Wealth Management team.

Specific responsibilities include:
·         Resolve client inquiries regarding securities quotes, account balances, activity, and documentation/statement information
·         Resolve client complaints, inquiries and discrepancies.  Research and initiate corrections to transactions and/or account errors.  Ensure timely resolution of issues.
·         Provide any needed administrative assistance including documentation, mailings, creating/maintaining client files, mass mailings, expenses, etc.
·         Responsible for order execution, processing and settlement of trades on client accounts
·         Extensive interaction and communication with traders
·         Heavy utilization of phone to handle client needs

Requirements:
·         Mandarin/Taiwanese language (written and oral) is required

FILLED | Functional Business Analyst

Our client in Burlingame is in need of a Functional Business Analyst with hands on experience of internal System-to-System integration and cross-organizational API Mapping skills.  This is a contract role.

The Functional Analyst will participate in a full project lifecycle, from conception through post-deployment support. The Functional Analyst will have a strong aptitude for system triage, analysis and technical problem solving.The candidate will be responsible to analyze the business requirements received from Business Analysts and are responsible for translating them into Functional Specifications towards the systems and other deliverables required to enable solution construction.

Defines solutions on a functional level to include:
• Analysis of technical project requirements documents received from clients, for functional impacts.
• The creation and documentation of general and detailed functional designs.
• Assisting in the authoring and execution of user acceptance testing plans.
• Represents the Project Management Office in business meetings and requirement gathering sessions with internal and external customers and business partners.
• Provides functional expertise (Level 2 support) for teams in charge of user support for day-to-day operations
• Provide system subject matter expertise to various client support personnel within designated service delivery team.
• Perform functional troubleshooting, working closely with business analysts and solution architects on system issues requiring client background and understanding of customer specific use cases.
• Understands the current state of the application portfolio and functions and technologies to support the client needs.
• Provides functional and technical support to end users.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Self-directed and results driven with demonstrated ability to multitask,  prioritize and execute on executive strategies.
•  Must have three to five years of hand’s-on experience in both internal system-to-system integration as well as cross organizational API mapping.
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Finance
• Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a key business area, such as financial systems, Information Technology, Research and Development, along with a strong computer background, will be considered.
• Excellent documentation skills with the demonstrated ability to create functional specification artifacts and present them to large and small business& technical groups.

FILLED | Web Developer with Ruby on Rails experience: Contract to hire


We are searching for a Senior Web Developer for our client in Palo Alto, California.  This role must be onsite, and has potential to convert to a permanent position.

Responsibilities
·        Work in a small agile team to deliver a suite of web tools to enable merchandising and content discovery in their device and application ecosystem.
·        Develop full stack, solid web 2.0 applications using Rails and Javascript.
·        Play a key role in the design (code / UI) and development of new features
·        Wow your customers with innovative solutions that make using the tools easy and delightful – customer value is more important than lines of code.
·        Requirements
·        Strong understanding of web application architecture, and be able to contribute in different areas of the web-stack (i.e., frontend, backend, APIs, web services).
·        Solid JavaScript knowledge – Javascript, JQuery required.
·        Solid Ruby on Rails knowledge (Rails 3.2.x required).
·        Experience using git.
·        At home in a small, self-driven, team environment.  No large engineering teams; no waterfall.

Director of Investor Relations

Our client, a high growth technology company is seeking a new Director of Investor Relations.  Reporting directly to the CFO, this position is a full-time, direct-hire role, based in downtown San Francisco.  The ideal candidate will be from a high growth company within the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities | Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the overall investor relations strategy, including, but not limited to:
  • Organize and maintain IR calendar, conferences, road shows, earning calls and investor meetings;   prepare all related presentation materials

LatAm Sales Engineer

We are in search of a Sales Engineer with strong knowledge in multiple firewall platforms for our client's Latin America region.  Candidate should be based in Latin America, and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities
-     Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly products/services sales goals.
-     Provide extensive tactical and strategic pre-sales support for the Sales Team
-     Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/ services.  Entities include: potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.  Pre-sales activities will also include close interaction with internal groups such as product management, marketing, R&D and post sales support.
-     Initiate and manage numerous remote proof of concept installations.
-    Training partners and resellers on the proper positioning and technical sales of products.
-    Interfacing with R&D for the purpose of articulating collected RFEs and the associated business cases
-    Ongoing collection and dissemination of technical competitive information
-   Execute responsibilities using all possible media and methods including conference calls, emails, web demonstrations, on site visits, public presentations, trade show attendance and more.

Desired Requirements / Experience
1.  Hands on functional experience with multiple firewalls platforms to include:
       -  Check Point Firewall-1, Provider-1, and VSX
       - Cisco FWSM, PIX, CSM, ASA, routers and switches
       - Juniper Firewalls and NSM

2.  A deep current and historical understanding of firewall and security architecture.
3.  A strong working knowledge of application development, delivery and deployment.

5. Hands on functional understanding of parallel technologies such as VMWare, SSL VPNs, Bluecoat and F5.
