Our client’s partner organization is looking for a
highly-motivated individual to join our team responsible for defining the
strategy and direction of their ISV Program. Working closely with sales,
marketing, product, finance, legal, devops and services, the ISV Program
Director will ensure consistent messaging, execution, and enablement of the ISV
program across the organization. The goal of the ISV Program Director
will be to grow their ISV “Powered By” business, differentiating the company as
the gold standard OEM analytics platform for software companies worldwide.
The ISV Program Director will define, develop and execute strategy
for a program that contributes significant revenue. This position is in
product and marketing, reporting to the VP of Partners and Business
Development. This is a key and highly-visible role with tremendous
opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Develop program and product strategy by
partnering with product management to ensure ISV partner product requests are
prioritized and managed
§ Create and execute enablement strategies
(incl. tooling and content) for sales, services, marketing, and self-service
customers
§ Drive revenue growth of ISV Program through
marketing and sales alignment
§ Develop and maintain high-quality partner
relationships measured through NPS
§ Drive demand generation strategy, messaging
and execution
§ Evangelize ISV Program through events, blogs,
newsletters and webinars
§ Actively communicate program changes,
strategy, and value across sales, marketing, and product
§ Define program pricing through financial
analysis and operational assessment of existing and future products and
services
QUALIFICATIONS
§ 5+ years experience working in a SaaS
ecosystem
§ 5+ years of product or program management
experience with a strong track record of success and top-line contribution
§ Well-rounded and articulate with an ability to
work with and enable cross-functionally in a high-growth organization
§ Exceptional people and project management
skills to collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners
§ Excellent communication skills (verbal,
written and graphical)
§ Self-motivated and self-managed, with a highly
collaborative approach to teamwork
§ Bachelor’s degree from reputable university;
MBA preferred
§ Business Intelligence/Big Data experience a
big plus
§ Startup DNA is a must
