Our client, a high growth technology company is seeking a
new Director of Investor Relations.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this position is a full-time, direct-hire
role, based in downtown San Francisco.
The ideal candidate will be from a high growth company within the
technology industry.
Key Responsibilities | Responsible for the creation and
maintenance of the overall investor relations strategy, including, but not
limited to:
- Organize and maintain IR calendar, conferences, road shows, earning calls and investor meetings; prepare all related presentation materials
- Prepare all official company press releases & transcripts
- Serve as one of the primary contacts for analysts, investors and the media; maintain database for all contacts
- Review and track analyst reports and brief executive management on the recommendations
- Provide a monthly IR update to the Executive team and BOD
- Assist with data for the Annual Report
- Perform competitive analysis
- Provide regulatory training to all company spokespersons
Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years relevant IR work experience

Experience in a high growth technology company

Bachelor’s Degree

Highly discrete and able to maintain
confidentiality

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written

Ability to work effectively with both internal
employees and external business partners
