- You’ll direct an efficient, client-focused, cost-effective, recruiting function to attract, present and close “A” players for all our open positions.for
- You’ll shepherd candidates through our hiring process while maintaining a WOW candidate experience
- You can provide hands-on recruiting supports.
- You will build trusting partnerships with executives
- You can ensure your team is to tracking to its targets and transparently reporting on recruiting progress
Your Profile… Our ideal candidate is a senior level talent scout who’s led scalable nationwide sales recruitment, with:
- An impressive 8+ year history of hiring top-notch talent in record time for hyper-growth organizations
- Experience leading teams of highly productive recruiters in both a corporate and an agency setting
- Process-orientation and metrics-driven leadership approach
- Exquisite client management skills with a collaborative mindset, compelling presentation style and consultative approach
- Willing to be onsite at headquarters at least 4 days each week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Education– BA degree
- Attributes – Drive, tenacity, confidence, integrity, humor, influential, collaborative, strategic, unfazed by colossal changes
