FILLED | Inside Sales Manager


We are in search of an individual to manage an inside sales team for our SaaS client in San Francisco.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the inside sales team and the lead generation process.  Major duties include: providing management communications to the Sales department; training & coaching; monitoring & reporting on sales metrics and managing the sales administration process.

Responsibilities:
* Build a solid inside sales team that exceeds sales goals
* Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
* Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach goals.
* Provide coaching for existing Account Executives and training for new staff.
* Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship (Salesforce.com) system.

Requirements:
* University degree or college diploma
* Minimum of two years experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience reporting to a senior management team.
* Able to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
