FILLED | Customer Engagement Project Manager



My client is hiring an experienced games industry professional to manage the deployment of licensed virtual content in mobile, social and online games. You will work with a portfolio of high profile game companies responsible for all aspects of product launch including planning, asset management, approvals, marketing/PR and reporting. They are an international company founded in 2011 to service the games industry by providing licensed content through our partners in sport, entertainment and fashion. Their innovative approach has established them as the leading platform in this space, providing games companies with access to rights and brands that engage users by enriching the experiences they create.

The ideal candidate has a passion for games and can demonstrate the technical skills and creative ability required to deliver our vision. Main duties:
  • Manage a portfolio of double and triple A clients maintaining strong relationships through regular contact including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and email communication
  • Join key account teams working with other Iconicfuture stakeholders on major projects, providing creative input and contributing to sales materials and pitches
  • Maintain accurate CRM records ensuring progress is recorded at all stages
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly launch plans based on sales pipeline and client activity calendar
  • Compile key performance data ensuring client reports are collected and delivered on time
  • Collation, storage and delivery of assets to developers
  • Product testing and QA, ensuring that all rightsholder IP is correctly represented
  • Managing approval process, content submissions and creative feedback
  • Devise and deliver launch plans, pricing structure and marketing and PR plan for each project

Key skills/competencies required:
  • Project Management skills, ability to lead using own initiative and working as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, communication and presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop, knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
  • Experience using FTP software, third-party asset management and approval systems
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate and organized documentation
  • Comprehensive understanding of the games space, Internet technologies and social media
